Leadership consulting that fixes what training alone can't

Most leadership programmes produce binders, not behaviour change. We work inside your organisation for 90 days at a time, shoulder-to-shoulder with your senior team, until the new habits stick.

The real problem nobody talks about

Your organisation probably doesn't lack strategy. The slide decks are fine. The quarterly plans look reasonable. What's missing is the connective tissue between what the board agrees to and what actually happens two levels down on a Tuesday afternoon.

That gap has a name: leadership capacity. Not charisma, not vision statements pinned to a wall. Capacity means the daily ability of your directors and heads of function to make good decisions under pressure, give honest feedback, and hold each other accountable without a mediator in the room.

We've spent twelve years working exclusively on that gap. No personality tests. No ropes courses. We observe your leadership team in real meetings, real conflicts, real budget conversations. Then we intervene, coach in the moment, and build new patterns together. The work is uncomfortable, specific, and measurable.

If you want a motivational speaker, we're the wrong firm. If you want your senior team operating differently within a quarter, keep reading.

Four phases, 90 days, one outcome: leaders who lead differently

Week 1–2: Diagnostic immersion

We sit in on your leadership meetings, one-to-ones, and cross-functional handoffs. No surveys. We watch what actually happens, then produce a candid diagnostic report identifying the three to five behavioural patterns that are costing you the most.

Week 3–6: Live coaching and redesign

Our consultants join your senior team's working rhythm. We coach in real time during real meetings, not in a classroom afterwards. Simultaneously we redesign the decision-making structures that reinforce old habits: meeting cadences, escalation rules, and accountability loops.

Week 7–10: Stress-testing

We step back to observer mode and measure whether the new behaviours hold under normal operational pressure. Where they don't, we run targeted interventions with the individuals involved. Each leader receives a personal progress brief with specific evidence, not abstract competency scores.

Week 11–13: Handover and lock-in

We transfer coaching responsibility to an internal sponsor, install a lightweight peer-accountability mechanism, and schedule a 6-month check-in. Our goal is to leave, not to create dependency.

Logistics managers reviewing warehouse operations

UK logistics firm, 1,200 employees

The operations director and commercial director hadn't spoken directly in four months. Decisions routed through the CEO, creating a bottleneck of 30+ pending approvals. After our 90-day engagement, cross-functional decisions dropped to a 48-hour average turnaround.

Regional NHS trust, senior clinical leadership

Senior clinicians promoted into management roles had no structured peer support. Staff survey scores for "confidence in leadership" sat at 38%. We ran a 13-week programme with the top 14 clinical leads. Survey scores rose to 61% at the six-month follow-up.

SaaS scale-up, 80 to 220 staff in 18 months

Rapid headcount growth meant four of six department heads were first-time managers. Two had already handed in notice. We coached all six through the transition, redesigned their reporting lines, and introduced fortnightly peer rounds. Retention of the leadership cohort: 100% at 12 months.
